By downloading or using Dynamic Lyrics: Car Widget("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is rated 4+ on the App Store.

Use of the App

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App, or create derivative works from it. The App, and all associated trademarks, copyright, and other intellectual property rights, remain ours.

Subscription

The App offers an optional annual subscription (currently $19.99/year) for unlimited lyric access and startup sound customisation. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Third-party services

The App integrates with Apple Music, Spotify, and third-party lyric databases to detect what's playing and display synced lyrics. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Lyric accuracy and timing depend on third-party data and may vary by song, region, or catalogue changes outside our control.

Driving safety

The App is an entertainment and music-enhancement tool intended for personal use while driving. It is not affiliated with Apple CarPlay, Apple Music, or Spotify. You're responsible for using the App safely — always prioritise safe driving over reading lyrics on screen.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to lyrics, compatibility with every track, or that the App will be free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised version at this same URL. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
